3. Payments and Billing Terms

Services are billed according to agreed milestone schedules or defined project proposals. Delayed payments may result in the temporary suspension of active development or hosting services until accounts are brought current.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pioneer Infoworld provides software and web solutions designed to foster client growth. However, we are not liable for business downtime, indirect operational losses, or third-party server outages beyond our direct control.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to pioneerweb.net.
